Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) has declared a Phase II "SEVERE" water shortage due to dry Conditions throughout the region, ALL residents including those on PRIVATE WELLS, are to follow ONE day per week watering restrictions.
NO HOA or other entity shall enforce deed restrictions or standards requiring an increase in water use.
Properties under 2 acres should be watered before 8 AM and after 6PM
